Fill up hip dips

Almost everyone has hip dips. Especially if there is less body fat, the space between the hip bone and the bone of the thighs is often clearly visible. Hip dips don't go away without some cosmetic help. If you want to do something about this, but do not want to have an intensive recovery period, such as with a fat transfer, you can consider a treatment with Lanluma. With Lanluma you build up the volume in the hip dips in (usually) three sessions. Many customers opt for a BBL effect by combining this treatment with a butt lift or buttock augmentation.

Results

We understand that you want to see pictures of previous results before undergoing treatment. We only take the privacy of our customers very seriously. That is why it is only possible to view before and after photos during a conversation with the doctor of the customers who have given explicit permission for this. In this way we want to prevent the results of our clients from ending up in the hands of third parties.

Body shaping can include the following areas:

  • Fill up hip dips
  • butt lift
  • buttock enlargement
  • Upper arm lift
  • Wrinkles on the décolleté
  • Knees
  • Elbows

Filler brands we use

We use Lanluma to create and restore volume on large surfaces in the body. This is a different type of filler than fillers based on hyaluronic acid (such as Stylage) and/or calcium (such as Radiesse). Lanluma is a unique filler based on Poly-L-Lactic Acid (PLLA), which stimulates the production of collagen in the body. The volume of the treated area gradually becomes visible in 3 to 6 months after the treatment. Unlike fillers based on hyaluronic acid, you need a little patience before you see real results. This patience is rewarded; the result lasts for 2 to 3 years.

The Procedure of the Treatment

The treatment procedure consists of the following parts: a free intake interview of 10 minutes, possibly an anaesthetic, the administrative processing, the treatment itself, instructions from the doctor for the best possible result and possibly a check-up appointment.

Personal Advice

To start with, you will receive personal advice from one of our doctors. Our doctors are specialized in creating and restoring volume in the body. During a non-binding intake of 15 minutes you express your wishes to the doctor and the doctor will draw up a treatment plan based on this. The doctor will also tell you what to expect from the treatment and discuss possible alternatives. You can also plan this non-binding and free intake interview separately from a treatment.

Before the Treatment

You can start taking arnica tablets a few days before the treatment. This is not necessary, but it is allowed. Arnica tablets reduce the chance of swelling and bruising. You are also more likely to bruise if you drink alcohol, smoke, eat garlic and use blood-thinning drugs such as ibuprofen.

We ask that you arrive at least 15 minutes in advance. We then have the time for the administrative processing.

The Treatment

During the treatment, the doctor will prick the treatment zone with an ultra-thin needle. Then he will massage this location so that the filler spreads well. The treatment takes about half an hour.

After the Treatment

You will experience some bruising, redness and slight swelling after the treatment. This is most visible in the first 3 days. The entire deswelling period lasts 2 weeks. Also, 20 to 30 percent of the initial volume will decrease. You have also received some instructions from the doctor. It is important to follow these carefully, for the best possible result. For example, for the next 5 days after the treatment, you should massage the area for 5 minutes for 5 times a day.

When you come for the first time, it is important that you know that all fillers have a build-up period, including Lanluma. You may have to come back a few times for the desired result. If the desired result has been achieved, this will remain for 2 to 3 years. After that, a touch up is needed. This will probably require less than with the first treatment, but this differs per person and depends on your wishes.

Check-up, after-treatment and re-treatment

It is possible to have a check-up 6 to 8 weeks after the treatment. If you suffer from bumps, asymmetry or other irregularities, we can treat them free of charge. It is also possible to schedule a retreatment if, for example, you are not yet satisfied with the volume or you are still building up.

Frequently Asked Questions

What side effects are there?

You may experience slight swelling or some bruising. These are most visible during the first 3 days after treatment. Then they move away. If you experience an allergic reaction, call us or your doctor immediately.

When should I not be treated with Lanluma?

  • If you have previously had a hypersensitivity reaction to poly-L-lactic acid.
  • If you are pregnant.
  • If there is already permanent filling material at the treatment site that is not body-specific. You can therefore undergo treatment after a BBL.
  • If there is another filling material at the treatment site of which it is not clear whether this can be combined with hyaluronic acid.
  • If there is an active infection in the area to be treated.

How long will the result of Lanluma last?

It takes a while (sometimes up to 6 months) until the optimal result of the treatment with Lanluma is visible. That patience is rewarded. The result remains visible for 3 to 5 years.

Do I not look unnatural after a treatment with Lanluma?

No definitely not. The effect of the treatment becomes visible gradually and is a result of your own collagen production. This makes it a very natural treatment.

Can I work the next day?

Yes, that is usually not a problem. The advantage of this treatment over surgery is that the recovery is much less intensive. We do not recommend exercising, going to the sauna or visiting the beauty salon for the first two weeks. You will also massage the area five times a day, for five minutes, for five days.
