Complaints Procedure

The government wants everyone to receive good care. That is why the government has laid down in law what good care exactly means and what must happen if people have a complaint about the care. Aesthetic Beauty Center affiliated with a complaints and disputes procedure.

Not satisfied?

Aesthetic Beauty Center strives to carry out its treatments to the full satisfaction of its clients and to provide the best service. It is very important to us that you are satisfied with the treatment.

Because we want to help our customers as well as possible, we take all complaints very seriously. We see a complaint as a moment to learn and can use this to continue to improve ourselves. If it happens that you are not satisfied with the treatment or that something else has gone than you expected, we would like to hear from you. Our preference is to discuss this face to face. If you prefer to do this in writing or by telephone, you are of course free to do so. Independent Complaints Officer

Aesthetic Beauty Center will always try to resolve the complaint with you. Are you not satisfied with the solution offered? Then we will put you in touch with our independent complaints officer. We are affiliated according to the Wkkgz (Healthcare Quality, Complaints and Disputes Act) in a complaints and dispute settlement. The independent dispute resolution takes the opinion of the healthcare provider into account in the treatment. An investigation will take place and a binding ruling will follow. We have placed this with the DOKh, which is recognised and independent by the Ministry.
