Marionette lines can disappear completely
With just one injection per side, the marionette lines can diminish or even disappear completely. However, the more often you come to the clinic for treatment, the better the botox works. Botox needs a build-up time. Botox usually works for 3 to 5 months. After 3 to 4 days the first effect is visible and after 2 weeks you will see the final result. The natural protein Botox is completely safe and falls under the Medicines Act. If the puppet lines are too deep, we can consider an additional treatment with a hyaluronic acid filler.

Personal Advice
Everyone has a different face. That is why you first receive personal advice. This takes place during a non-binding intake interview of approximately 10 minutes before the treatment starts. You discuss your wishes with the doctor and he tells you what options are available. A non-binding intake can also be scheduled separately from the treatment.
Before the Treatment
We recommend that you do not take any blood-thinning medicines or drink alcohol 48 hours before the treatment. Usually we don't apply anesthetic because the treatment doesn't hurt much. If you are present 15 minutes before the treatment, we have enough time for the non-binding intake and the administrative processing.
The Treatment
After the intake and administrative processing, you are welcome in the treatment room. The doctor will disinfect your face and dot the places where he is going to prick. Then he injects the injection with a few small injections. This takes a maximum of 10 minutes. You will not see immediate results after the treatment. This is often only visible 3 to 4 days later. You will see the final result after 2 weeks.
After the Treatment
It is important that you follow all the doctor's instructions carefully. The first few days there will be a slight swelling or some bruising. But this goes away quickly. Moreover, you can easily camouflage this.
Check-up, after-treatment and re-treatment
You can come back for a checkup 2 to 3 weeks after the treatment. You will then evaluate with the doctor whether the treatment is working well. If the muscle activity of the treated muscles is still high, we can inject additional botox. This is included in the treatment. If there is also muscle activity afterwards, we will stop the botox treatment. Your body will not respond well to botox.
